This comprehensive agreement includes a preventative branch-level maintenance agreement and a multi-year preventative maintenance agreement, ensuring the optimal performance of all HVAC/Plumbing equipment throughout the entire 81 Bay Street building life-cycle.

What initially started as the mechanical scope of work has now expanded into a broader, longer-term project that includes an ongoing maintenance service agreement.
