Plan Group served as the mechanical partner for Wellbrook Place, part of Ontario’s Accelerated Build Pilot Program — an initiative created to deliver new long-term care homes years sooner than traditional construction through hospital-owned land, rapid procurement, and modular building methods.
Located on Speakman Drive in Mississauga within the Sheridan Park Corporate Centre, the completed campus features 640 beds across a long-term care home and hospice, expanding capacity and access to modern care for the community.
SERVICES
Plan Group’s scope included HVAC, piping, refrigeration, and prefabrication services. Through the integration of prefabrication and modular construction, our team reduced onsite labour, improved quality control, and helped Trillium Health Partners successfully meet its ambitious two-year delivery schedule.
