Seamlessly integrating heritage elements from the adjacent 156 Front Street West façade, the tower is designed to achieve LEED® Platinum and WELL Building Standard certifications, setting a new benchmark for sustainability and workplace performance.
Our team delivered the critical base building systems that power and secure this development, including full generator backup with paralleling and load shedding, high-voltage and emergency distribution systems, fire alarms, security and distributed antenna systems, lighting and lighting controls, branch wiring, and communication infrastructure.

Offering more than 1.2 million square feet of office space, the tower features a distinctive curved exterior wall that reduces heat gain while maximizing natural daylight and panoramic city views.
