The completion of this 22-storey facility marks a major milestone in the hospital’s multi-phase transformation. Integrating the SickKids Learning Institute, the PSC serves as a hub for innovation and collaboration—bringing together research, education, and administration within a modern, flexible workspace.

Plan Group collaborated closely with the design team to incorporate constructability insights, fault detection strategies, and energy-efficient engineering solutions. Our team also supported the selection and deployment of a Digital Twin platform, enabling enhanced operational efficiency through real-time building intelligence and IoT system integration.
