Scotiabank Concourse Redevelopment
Plan Group has been a trusted partner in the redevelopment of the Scotiabank Concourse, delivering critical infrastructure upgrades at 40 Temperance Street and Scotia Plaza in Toronto.
Our scope included the installation of fire alarm systems, structured cabling, and communications infrastructure, executed under fixed-price contracts with The Bank of Nova Scotia Real Estate Department.
Our team completed the electrical portion of the fire alarm system in full compliance with CAN/ULC S524-14 standards and supported ATM space verification through dB testing and device validation. We also provided structured cabling and network components in collaboration with Anixter and coordinated with Chubb Edwards and Bespoke Engineering to ensure reliable, integrated performance.
