In one especially notable project, Plan Group played a critical role in upgrading switches and improving connectivity with security systems at an RBC branch in Petawawa, Ontario. This involved meticulous attention to detail, including the careful disconnecting and removal of previous cables and the installation of new, cutting-edge infrastructure.
Additionally, Plan Group has assigned three data center-experienced employees to the RBC Guelph Computing Centre. This dedicated team ensures timely and cost-efficient support, aligning with the client's stringent requirements to maintain uninterrupted operations. To meet RBC's stringent deadlines, Plan Group has implemented a robust 24/7 support model, providing three shifts month after month.
