The safety and comfort of occupants are of utmost importance, especially during rapid changes in occupancy levels. To address this need, a state-of-the-art Building Automation System (BAS) was implemented, allowing the building to quickly adapt to fluctuations in temperature and CO2 levels. With this system in place, occupants can be assured of their well-being, no matter the time of day.

As part of the renovation, our team also upgraded the storm systems by strategically installing Rainwater Leaders (RWL) throughout Massey Hall's new tower. This ensures that the building is well-equipped to handle any weather conditions and can continue to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all who visit.
