Lawson Center of Sustainability
Embracing the ethos of sustainability embedded within Trinity College's Integrated Sustainability Initiative, the Lawson Centre aims for nothing short of LEED Platinum Verification.
Through meticulous design and cutting-edge sustainable technologies, this building not only preserves the timeless allure of our campus but also elevates its operational efficiency to new heights.
SERVICES
Upon its completion, the Lawson Centre will serve as more than just a student residence; it will be a vibrant hub of communal activity and learning. From versatile communal spaces and state-of-the-art dining facilities to seminar rooms and faculty offices, every aspect of the center is meticulously crafted to foster collaboration, innovation, and environmental consciousness.
Our team is honoured to play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. As the providers of the electrical, mechanical, and technological infrastructure, we are committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of the project. Awarded the design-assist partnership for Phase 1, our team has demonstrated our expertise in value engineering, working in close collaboration with Graham Construction to realize our client's aspirations.
In Phase 2, we are implementing our innovative solutions onsite. From intuitive Building Automation Systems to energy-efficient lighting and the integration of geothermal mechanical systems, our goal is clear: to help the Lawson Centre achieve LEED Platinum status and exceed the Canadian Green Building Council's Zero Carbon Building Standards.
