Humber Meadows Long-Term Care Home stands as a testament to innovation and efficiency in construction, boasting 320 beds. 

 It was constructed as part of the Accelerated Build Pilot Program, which aimed to accelerate the construction of new long-term care homes by utilizing hospital-owned land, streamlining procurement processes, and adopting modular construction techniques.

As the primary mechanical sub-contractor for this project, Plan Group was entrusted with the critical task of delivering and installing the HVAC, piping, and refrigeration systems for the facility. Our team took great care to ensure that every component of the infrastructure was executed with precision and efficiency, thereby contributing to the seamless operation of the facility for many years to come.
