Plan Group was an integral part of the project to transform the former Toronto Star Printing Press facility into a multi-phase Data Center, spanning over 711,000 square feet.

During the design phase, our collaboration provided valuable insights that ensured the successful execution of the Dupont Fabros Data Centre project since its inception in 2016. 

Our scope of work was extensive, including the High Voltage system, Normal and Emergency Distribution Systems, UPS units, Fire Alarm, and Security systems, Distributed Antenna System, Lightning Protection setup, IT Infrastructure, and A/V System integration.
