Located at 81 and 141 Bay Street, these twin skyscrapers are set to tower over the iconic Toronto skyline. In this ambitious project, Plan Group has awarded mechanical contracts for both office towers, assuming a pivotal role in steering the design and installation processes for the buildings' mechanical scope of work.
The avant-garde 49-story office tower encompasses 1.5 million square feet, incorporating retail spaces within its podium. Noteworthy features include a one-acre elevated park above the rail corridor, seamlessly linking 81 Bay with 141 Bay via a well-designed structure on the north side, complete with elevator and stair access.
