In the 136,000 sq ft extension of Progress Campus in Scarborough, Plan Group played a crucial role in shaping the infrastructure to embody the College's profound commitment to social responsibility.
From the outset, the focus of this project was to integrate cutting-edge mechanical systems that enhanced the building's functionality and aligned seamlessly with its ethos of Indigenous Truth and Reconciliation and sustainable practices.

Plan Group's expertise ensured that every aspect of the project contributed significantly to attaining LEED Gold Status and WELL Silver certification. With 16,085 sq ft of renovated space intricately connected to the new build across two floors, our team meticulously designed and implemented systems prioritizing recycling, reduction, and reuse, reflecting our unwavering dedication to sustainable development.
