Plan Group implemented intelligent systems that enhance comfort and communication—from bedside tablets allowing patients to control their environment to a two-way nurse call system ensuring real-time access to caregivers.

As the electrical and technology contractor, Plan Group delivered the full infrastructure that powers and connects this two-million-square-foot facility, including fibre-optic networks, life safety, security, communications, building automation, and digital integration for long-term facility management.

The centre features a 1,650-stall underground parking garage, a 984-foot elevated walkway connecting to existing facilities, 160 inpatient beds, 15 radiation vaults, outpatient cancer clinics, clinical trials units, and research laboratories. Delivered in a BIM environment using Revit, the project ensured precise coordination and data integration to support future facility operations.
