The 22 storey building will be roughly 575,000 sqft and used for collaboration. The smart space will be a a hub for staff, hosting state-of-the-art training and education sessions.
Working in collaboration with PCL, MBII and SickKids Hospital during the design phase, Plan Group will address design concerns, improve constructability, look for opportunities to reduce costs and add value.
Plan Group will also work with SickKids to design, supply and implement an industry-leading Building Intelligence Platform (BIP). The BIP will integrate each building system into a “single pane of glass” which will make it easier to manage and monitor systems and alerts around the building.
