We are proud to be a part of the Corner Brook Health Partnership Consortium, where we, together with our joint venture partner Cahill Group, will work with Plenary Group Ltd., PCL Constructors Canada Inc., Marco Services Ltd., and Johnson Controls Canada on the construction of this $750 million project. Work is expected to begin in August, and completion is scheduled for 2023. The new building will house 164 beds over seven stories and more than 600,000 squarefeet.
