Taking a multiple-discipline approach, the team that lead the pursuit consisted of representatives from Large Mechanical, Commercial Mechanical, Pursuits, ICAT and Business Development. Together, after 6 months of work, they were able to win the project and we were notified late last week.
Working alongside EllisDon and Govan Brown in a joint venture capacity, with TMP as the mechanical consultant, Plan Group’s Large Mechanical team will be responsible for this platinum buildout. Luxurious, high-end finishes will fill the roughtly 1 million sqft space, over 34 levels. The project is scheduled to take approximately 22 months and starts immediately.
As many know, our mechanical team is currently performing well on the base building mechanical work and often times this leads to successfully winning large fitouts.
