Located an hour outside of Ottawa, Ontario, the new hospital will provide dental, physiotherapy, and mental health services for military personnel on the Petawawa Base.
Plan Group was responsible for installing all of the electrical and communications infrastructure for this project. The Hospital required the installation of an emergency generator, emergency distribution systems, a fire alarm system, communication system and a metering system. We also installed an innovative Encelium Lighting System, which analyzes and manages the hospital’s spaces to adjust the lighting usage accordingly. The smart lighting system uses its advanced Occupancy Sensing and Variable Load Scheduling features to maximize energy savings, creating a sustainable building with enhanced value.
