Managed Services Brings Plan Group Back to CHU Saint-Justine Hospital

In 2017 Plan Group Technology (formerly ICAT) helped digitize the CHU Saint Justine Mother and Child University Hospital Centre in Montreal, Quebec, by installing a cutting-edge distributed antenna system. Now, four years later, the Managed Services Division is servicing that same installation. The contract requires our team to repair and support the existing distributed antenna system & install new state-of-the-art antennas to enhance intranet and Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the three million sqft space.

With the help of their patented C.A.R.E approach (which is an acronym for: Continuity, Administration, Refinement and Enhancement), and the technical support of our partners at Black Box Cooperation, our Managed Services Division will be utilizing the Service Now Platform to see to it that our clients get the most out of the services we offer.

Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Sainte-Justine (or CHU Saint-Justine for short) is one of the top ten mother-child hospitals in the world. Since opening their doors to the public in 1908, the facility has been committed to delivering high quality specialized pediatric care, conducting world-class research and high-level education in association with the University of Montreal.

Earlier this year the team at Mindful Experience took on a new name and have since been operating as Plan Group’s “Managed Services” Division. As a strategic partner to our clients, Managed Services adds value to our business and for our clients by offering to manage, service and maintain the systems we install. The Division helps Plan Group’s clients through later stages of the project lifecycle, rounding out our Design & Bulid, Operate & Manage, Service, Monitor & Maintain offering.
